Backorders
We try to keep backorder to minimum. Backorders will be shipped when parts become available. If you have any questions regarding the status of an order or the availability of parts, please contact us. If this is a time sensitive purchase, please call us for approximate shipping dates. Some items may be dropped shipped from the manufacture to shorten shorten shipping times.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please call for current prices and availability of products. We reserve the right to discontinue products as necessary because of quality, availability, price or other reasons.

Shipping

Most orders are processed within 2 business days. Products ship UPS Ground, unless other shipping is specified. Small items are generally shipped via USPS. No orders will be shipped to PO, APO, or FPO Boxes. Shipments over $1000 require a signature.

Apikol international shipments are generally shipped using USPS.

Shipment liability:
The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. You will receive tracking information for your package to follow shipping progress. Upon receiving your order, inspect the shipment carefully. If you receive an order and the packaging and product is damaged, notify the delivery company immediately (UPS: 1-800-PICK-UPS, USPS: www.usps.com). Do not discard any of the box, shipping label, packing material, or broken items. It is recommended to photograph the damaged packaging and goods for your records. The delivery company will generally pickup the damaged goods and provide you with a claim number. Please keep Apikol in the communication loop and provide us w/ your photographs and the claim number so we can follow up on the claim status. The claim process may take up to several weeks and we are unable to send replacement items until the claim is approved, or a payment is made for a replacement order.

Returns

Any item in new, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Products which include electrical or electronic components can no be returned, all sales final. A Return Authorization number must be obtained from Apikol prior to returning the product. A 20% handling and restocking fee will be assessed to each item returned. No refunds will be given on shipping charges. Customers will be responsible for any and all shipping charges incurred to return the item to Apikol. Special order items are not returnable or refundable.

Conditions:
Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging. All components, manuals, and accessories must be included. Apikol inspects all returns and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet the criteria. For your protection, please insure the package and use a “traceable” shipping method such as UPS Ground.

Warranty

Limited Warranty
All Apikol manufactured products are warranted against defective materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Some products which Apikol re-sells may have carry a shorter warranty or no warranty at all. Please call for specific warranty information on each product. Again, each manufacturer may supply different warranty timeframes for their products.

Extent of Warranty
A return authorization number must be obtained directly from Apikol prior to returning an item. Any Apikol manufactured product returned within the one year warranty period and deemed defective by Apikol, will be replaced. Apikol will not be responsible for any other expenses incurred by the customer under the terms of the warranty, nor shall it be responsible for any damages, consequential, special, contingent, or otherwise; or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of any Apikol product or service. Any returned product must be sent at the customer’s expense along with proof of purchase.

Apikol warranties are not transferrable, and available to the original purchaser only.
